What is PANL™?

PANL™ is a modular panel rental system designed for live events, trade shows, concerts, and corporate productions. Our panels are precision cut lightweight expanded PVC panels that connect seamlessly to create stunning backdrops, and architectural features at your event. Based in St. Louis, MO, we ship and deliver throughout the United States. Our team handles delivery, setup guidance, and pickup if applicable — so you can focus on the event itself.

Panel Configuration Options

We offer several panel configurations to suit any build including: • Floor standing columns • Flown wall (typically hung from truss or pipe and drape) • Floor standing double side wall All panels are the same form factor of .5m x .5m (19.7" x 19.7") which scales well with LED video display systems. Connections are made using our proprietary swell lever connector system. Custom panel options are available upon request.

How the Rental Process Works

1. Request a Quote — Fill out the contact form with your event dates, venue, and a description of your panel configuration needs. 2. Receive an Estimate — We'll send you a detailed estimate outlining panel quantities, day rates, shipping, and total cost. 3. Confirm Your Reservation — Review and digitally sign your estimate with required payment to lock in your dates. 4. Delivery & Setup — We deliver the panels to your specified shipping location at the time you requested, ensuring they are received by the specified time and date. Additionally, we provide setup documentation to assist you in setting up the panels. 5. Event Day — Your panels are live and ready to go. 6. Pickup — After your event, return ship or prepare panels for pickup at confirmed time /date. All panels are inspected upon return for damage.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer local delivery within the St. Louis metro area as well as freight shipping for events outside of local area. • Local Delivery: Flat rate applies — we deliver and pick up on agreed dates. • Freight Shipping: Panels are professionally packed and shipped via freight carrier or UPS or FedEx. in box form. Tracking information will be provided. Delivery dates are confirmed at the time of reservation. Please ensure there is a loading dock or ground-level access at your venue. Pricing & Day Rates

PANL™ uses a day-rate pricing model. Each panel type has an individual daily rate, and your total is calculated based on the number of days in your rental window. A rate multiplier may be applied for multi-day events or discounted package builds. Shipping (local delivery or freight), and an optional credit card processing fee may be added to your invoice. A deposit is required to hold your reservation dates. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of delivery. Payment can be made via check, EFT, credit card, or Square.

Setup Guide

Setting up your PANL™ configuration is straightforward: 1. Unpack panels carefully and lay them out in your build order. 2. Connect panels using the included swell lever connector hardware which requires no tools. 3. Start from the ground up — base panels first, then build vertically. 4. Refer to your configuration diagram included with your shipment for exact configuration. If you need setup support, we offer on-site consultation services. Contact us when requesting your quote.
